We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Operations Manager / Assistant Head of Operations to support our construction operations and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing day-to-day construction operations.
- Support the Operations Head in overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor manpower, resources, and project schedules to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 6 years of working experience in the construction industry.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).Willing to travel to project sites when required.What We Offer :
