Overview
Assisting Account Manager in managing daily operations of Account Department.
Manage effective monthly management report, forecasting report and budgeting report.
Compute and manage on the monthly product costing, finished good costing and stock costing.
Monitor and reconciled on the monthly stock closing.
Liaise with external parties (i.e., company secretary, auditor, tax agent etc.).
Monitor on the companies fixed asset registered list and issue tagging number for new addition.
Review all the journal entries pass by account executive.
Check on fixed asset, prepayment, deposits, accruals listing and other control list.
Prepare sales agent incentive calculation on monthly basis.
Prepare sales analysis include of local sales analysis, export analysis, sales target report, sales agent income statement for management.
Review on account executive day-to-day operations of overall account functions.
Assist and improve internal control system.
To carry out any other duties / job tasks as instructed by Head of Department or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Professional Certificate, or other relevant accounting qualification.
At least 3 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts, management accounting, and related financial analysis exposure.
At least 2 years of working in Manufacturing industry .
Required skill(s) : Accounting Knowledge, Ms Office, especially Excel & Autocount.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experienced with accounting software.
