Overview

  • Assisting Account Manager in managing daily operations of Account Department.
  • Manage effective monthly management report, forecasting report and budgeting report.
  • Compute and manage on the monthly product costing, finished good costing and stock costing.
  • Monitor and reconciled on the monthly stock closing.
  • Liaise with external parties (i.e., company secretary, auditor, tax agent etc.).
  • Monitor on the companies fixed asset registered list and issue tagging number for new addition.
  • Review all the journal entries pass by account executive.
  • Check on fixed asset, prepayment, deposits, accruals listing and other control list.
  • Prepare sales agent incentive calculation on monthly basis.
  • Prepare sales analysis include of local sales analysis, export analysis, sales target report, sales agent income statement for management.
  • Review on account executive day-to-day operations of overall account functions.
  • Assist and improve internal control system.
  • To carry out any other duties / job tasks as instructed by Head of Department or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Professional Certificate, or other relevant accounting qualification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts, management accounting, and related financial analysis exposure.
  • At least 2 years of working in Manufacturing industry .
  • Required skill(s) : Accounting Knowledge, Ms Office, especially Excel & Autocount.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experienced with accounting software.
