Overview

Corporate Sales Executive (HIGH Basic + Commission)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. You will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer accounts, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery throughout the logistics process.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange appointments through proactive cold calling and business development activities.
  • Develop new client accounts, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and manage any lost accounts strategically.
  • Conduct client meetings to present and promote company services.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to close sales opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up with clients until bookings are confirmed and provide professional after-sales service.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company’s database.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and prepare timely, competitive quotations.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations at clients’ premises.
  • Comply with company policies, including clock-in / clock-out requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 'O' Level qualification; candidates without prior working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Energetic, pleasant, and outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High stress tolerance and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel overseas on an ad-hoc basis.
