About the Role
Able to help our marketing organizations in the region to successfully achieve the sales and service of our products by enhancing their competencies and skills. Also resolve customer issues in a timely manner by learning and applying product functions, support tools, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and expert application and product support mainly for Mettler Toledo’s Industrial Division solutions (hardware and software solutions) to Mettler-Toledo's sales and service organizations and VARS (partners).
- Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products
- Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.
- Understand user requirements and recommending solutions.
- Support in marketing activities, such as customer visits, seminars, exhibitions and in advanced product demonstrations.
- Proactively organize and provide onsite, remote and classroom training to our sales / service personnel and sometimes customers in line with global training curriculum.
- Support the Strategic Product Groups (SPGs) in successfully launching and training new products to the region.
What You Need to Succeed
Degree / Diploma related to Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldStrong presentation skills and trainer experience, with an influencing abilityMinimum 3 years working experience in a Technical Support, Trainer or Service Environment serving customers in the Manufacturing Industry including Food & Beverages, Chemical and PharmaceuticalProject and time management SkillsKnowledge on Automation and Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters, weighing).Willing to travel (Asia and Internationally)Valid driving licenseKnowledge on PLC Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP / IP, Analog & Digital output signals) is an advantage.Our Offer to You
