Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop creative TikTok / IG video content for official social media accounts that align with the company branding and marketing strategy.
• Optimize videos for TikTok / IG, staying at the forefront of the latest video trends and algorithms.
• Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality TikTok and Instagram Reels that reflect our brand’s identity and messaging.
• Provide creative input during content planning sessions and contribute fresh ideas for storytelling and visual presentation.
• Organize and manage video assets, including footage, templates, and audio libraries, to streamline the production process.
• Ensure all video content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and adheres to the company\'s brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on TikTok / IG trends, editing techniques, and best practices for maximum engagement.
• Recommend improvements to Video Editing to increase performance.
• Create creative and unique videos to share across our platform.
• Work closely with the Content Specialist to understand video needs and editing requirements.
