Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large store operations (40+ staff) with full P&L responsibility
- Drive sales growth, optimize profitability, and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Oversee customer experience, service standards, and loyalty / CRM initiatives
- Manage merchandising, stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy
