Crescendo-HELP International School is seeking a highly effective Whole School Assistant Principal. The role combines leadership responsibility for different programmes in the school such as student leadership and also some academic departments. The Whole School Assistant Principal also plays a key role in oversight of whole school administrative processes to ensure a vibrant programme of cultural events and experiential learning. The successful candidates will work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and with all stakeholder groups to embed our whole school vision of the Joy of Learning and ensure an exceptional learning experience for all students.

CHIS is also in the process of becoming a CIS accredited school, which we hope to achieve in April 2026. The new post holder will take over as our CIS Coordinator and support our continued development in line with CIS criteria.

• Degree and university based teaching qualification with a national / state teaching licence
• Significant teaching and leadership experience
• Understanding of UK curriculum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CIS accreditation experience, or other international accreditation
• Masters in Education / Educational Leadership, or other equivalent
• Experience of other types of international curriculum (Eg. IB, ICA, US)
• Experience in SE Asia or East Asia
