JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist and support in capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals across various asset classes.
- Assist in coordinating and managing customer relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the Malaysian real estate market.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and pricing strategies.
- Prepare high-quality pitch marketing materials and proposal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the Malaysian real estate and capital markets sector.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the firm's client base and market share.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in transaction execution.
