Support T&S Lead and with Digital the implementation of Workday clone, including requirements gathering from key stakeholders, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for Workday cloning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution, testing documentation and communication to team
Support the integrations update between Workday and other enterprise systems. Partner with Digital to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
Coordinate the execution of UAT for system cloning, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure that the cloned Workday platform operates smoothly, meets user requirements, and supports our HR processes.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to P&C and PPLS to optimize cloned Workday utilization. Ensure end-users are informed and trained on new functionalities and system updates.
Maintain user access matrix up to date and conduct access audit
Manage and coordinate system upgrades, including planning, testing, and deployment. Ensure compatibility with business processes and minimal disruption to HR operations while transition to the new Workday.
Provide ongoing user support for HR and other Workday users, resolving issues, answering questions, and enhancing user satisfaction.
She works closely with Digital, Master Data Management, P&C, PPLS operational team at regional and global levels.
Requirements
Proficiency in Workday HCM, and experience with Workday modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting and Talent Management.
Experience in integration set up with Workday is a plus
Workday certification is a plus
Bachelor degree with background in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Workday, including hands-on configuration and implementation. Experience with system integration is preferred.
