Key Responsibilities :
- Overseeing 400 staff
- Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across all aspects of the company's management and business operations.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's short- and long-term objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
- Assume full accountability for the company's financial performance and operational outcomes.
- Report to the Board of Directors on the company's activities and progress as required.
- Establish and strengthen the company's reputation and stakeholder trust.
- Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Chairman or Board of Directors from time to time.
Qualifications :
Malaysian citizen aged between 40 and 60 years.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate management across diverse sectors will be an added advantage.Medically fit with no chronic illnesses.Demonstrates strong integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, and excellent communication skills.Renewal contract every yearJob Type : Contract
