Resident Medical Officer (Cancer Centre)
Perform comprehensive history and physical assessments of patients, ensuring accuracy, and relevance according to age, gender, and clinical condition.
Act as an expert practitioner and professional role model, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and promoting clinical excellence.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of etiologies, risk factors, pathophysiology, presentation, and epidemiology of medical conditions related to oncology.
Communicate complex information clearly and compassionately to patients and their relatives, discussing diagnoses, treatment plans, and investigation results.
Provide accurate information and advice on oncology procedures, including patient preparation and aftercare.
Take on a leadership role within the unit, preparing and assisting colleagues with their responsibilities to ensure smooth operation.
Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and deliver high-quality care.
