Language Editor

Located at Seri Kembangan

  • Manage the editorial aspects of several journals (medicine, biomedicine, biotechnology, architecture, social science)
  • Edit manuscripts to ensure clarity, good grammar and standard presentation
  • Proofread galley proofs (QC check prior to publication)
  • Review papers and carry out in-depth evaluation of papers
  • Prepare issue galleys upon completion of each issue
  • Liaise with Production Team, design template and production guidelines
  • Liaise with editorial board members

Requirements :

  • High proficiency in English with demonstrated skills in editing academic articles
  • Proven track record in publications (in relevant fields)
  • At least Master / PhD degree in biomedical sciences / biotechnology / clinical sciences
  • Meticulous and attentive to granular details
  • Applicants with at least 1 year of experience in the academic paper editing industry are preferred

    • Assistant Editor Position

    Located at Kuala Lumpur

  • Manage manuscript submissions and maintain accurate editorial records
  • Send email invitations to potential authors and ensure the monthly / quarterly paper submission targets are met
  • Invite experts and researchers to join the journal’s editorial board
  • Track progress and ensure the targeted number of editorial board members
  • Collaborate with internal editors and reviewers to maintain journal standards
  • Assist in the improvement of journal impact, visibility, and peer‑review quality
  • Complete ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors
  • Support general operations of the editorial department

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Education : Degree or Master in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communication, science, publication or related majors.
  • Professional in marketing or sales.
  • Attention to Detail : Highly organized, meticulous, and committed to editorial quality
  • Communication Skills : Able to read and respond to professional English emails confidently
  • Software Proficiency : Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Learning Attitude : Strong willingness to grow professionally and adapt to internal training
  • Long‑Term Interest : Motivated to build a career in academic publishing and journal management
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
