Remote Accounts Executive

who is highly motivated and possesses a strong sense of integrity. This is a remote-based position for candidates residing in Malaysia, and only Malaysian citizens need to apply. The role is full-time on a contract basis. There are excellent career progression opportunities, including potential promotion upon a successful performance review. Responsibilities

Reconciliation of revenue and preparation of reconciliation schedules Handling of supplier invoices, recording into the system, and processing payments Managing full sets of accounts for dormant companies Providing support in month-end closings Reconciling monthly bank statements Assisting in ad-hoc administrative and finance assignments when required Requirements

Education : A degree in Accountancy is a must. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts. Software Knowledge : Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential. Independence : Able to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives.
