Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and optimizing the employee relationship management system and process, analyze and diagnose the existing employee relationship management system, and provide suggestions on improving the employee relationship management.
• Establish an employee communication and care mechanism, conduct in-depth research on employee engagement, satisfaction and organizational vitality, and promote the implementation of research, analysis and action improvement plans, and enhance the sense of belonging and satisfaction of employees.
• Responsible for the formulation of labor risk system and the establishment of risk control mechanism, the consultation and interpretation of human resource compliance, the analysis of various labor relationship risks, the optimization of the company's internal employment environment, and the maintenance of the employer's brand image construction.
• Responsible for handling staff complaints, disciplinary violations, labor disputes and other daily work, and professionally enabling HRBP and business department managers, effectively pre-risk management and improve staff satisfaction.
• Analyze and diagnose potential problems in employee relationship management in the organization, and provide prospective recommendations.
