Overview
Ensure machines are operating properly for the intended manufacturing process within validated condition.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Preventive Maintenance activities and spare part management.
- Ensure compliance in record safekeeping, GMP, and HSE requirement.
- Assist equipment and process validation activities executing test cases, machine operators training, data compilation and report out.
- Assist continuous improvement activities to increase manufacturing throughput and enhance quality, inclusive of jigs / fixtures design, OEE / OPE analysis and KAIZEN activities.
