Senior IT / MIS Executive / Manager

Responsibilities

Manage IT team and provide hardware, software maintenance (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM).

Address hardware / software faults / issues in a timely manner ensuring no impact to service availability.

Design reports using Business Intelligence tools.

Handle and assist MIS team with troubleshooting on desktops, notebooks, servers and telecommunication devices for the group of companies to ensure maximum uptime and optimal system performance.

Maintain and schedule periodic system housekeeping for servers, workstations, system database or any other related application to ensure stable system performance.

Handle any ad hoc assignments from management.

Requirements

• Professional Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent).
• Preferably skills : ERP, POS, CRM, BI, WAN, HARDWARE & SOFTWARE TROUBLESHOOT.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure of deadlines and targets.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail, providing timely and accurate output.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret research data accurately.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
