Responsibilities :

  • Accurately and efficiently inspecting the incoming brakes, accompanied customer documentation, and receiving the spare parts into our computer system for work order generation.
  • Accurately and efficiently pressure testing the brake along with cleaning and blasting of the brake and brake hardware.
  • Accurately and efficiently disassemble the brakes and ensure process products are completed and flowed to next production station.

Perform the release to service (Certifyign staff).

Inspect all incoming spares / parts per airworthiness requirements and purchase order requirements.

  • Perform receiving in IT system, check items against incoming Delivery Notes.
  • Visual inspection of incoming brakes.
  • Verify records and documentation of brakes as they come in from customer.
  • Ensure that products processed at receiving are sent to next production station for production flow.
  • Disassemble brakes to standard operating procedures.
  • Verify records and documentation of product.
  • Ensure that products processed at disassembly are completed and flowed to next production station.
  • Prepare documentation once task is complete.
  • Use high air-pressure blasting equipment to remove rust, grease, dirt concrete and old paint from aircraft parts.
  • Direct nozzle over part surfaces, or insert arms through glove-fitted cabinet openings and manipulate parts under nozzle for specified interval.

    • Use computer hardware and software to maintain product flow

    Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative etc.

  • Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
  • Perform other related duties as required

    • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
  • General computer knowledge Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to follow instructions / take direction well when given
