To oversees recreational facilities like pools, fitness centers, and kids' clubs, managing staff, developing activity programs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining budgets and safety standards. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and training, guest services, program planning for events, facility maintenance, budgeting, and coordinating with vendors for activities and equipment.

Recreation Operations :

Manage daily operations of facilities such as pools, fitness centers, kids' clubs, and beach areas.

Staff Management :

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service, ensuring they know and follow resort standards and safety procedures.

Guest Experience :

Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and enjoy their stay, providing personalized service and resolving complaints professionally.

Program Development :

Create and implement activity schedules, including special events, holiday programs, and weekly activity plans.

Facility Maintenance :

Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.

Budgeting & Finances :

Assist with preparing yearly budgets for operations, equipment, and capital expenditures, and track departmental statistics.

Safety & Compliance :

Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement necessary safety measures.

Vendor & Vendor Management :

Coordinate with and manage third-party service providers for additional facilities and activities, and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
