Senior SEA Technical Recruiter @ RiDiK / CLPS Job Summary :

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle account & pricing configuration, merchant onboarding, and workflow optimization. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience (payment / tech industry preferred), and strong communication / problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English & Mandarin, office software, and basic JSON / data analysis is a plus. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive merchant success.

Responsibilities

Account configuration, including feature enablement and capability adjustment.

Pricing configuration, including customized pricing setup.

Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for new merchant onboarding, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize the workflow.

Qualifications

Related working experience in the payment industry or internet company.

Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Office software skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

(documents / materials are in Chinese; there are regular meetings with the China team, hence Chinese reading and speaking is required).

Basic knowledge of JSON; data analysis would be a strong plus.
