Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of engineering projects and product verification and validation activities and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan and conduct verification and validation projects using existing or new scientific methods, theories, and applicable engineering practices and techniques to solve engineering problems.
• Design, communicate, and implement execution plans for completing verification and validation activities, monitor progress, performance, and take action to resolve problems to ensure all applicable activities stay on track.
• Define and establish test specifications, develop test protocols & reports, devise test methods, analyze test results, and prepare reports in compliance with relevant procedures, regulatory requirements, and product requirements.
• Document deviations, perform investigations with reports, and implement countermeasures as required.
• Ensure test results and reports are accurate, appropriately documented, and support relevant requirements.
• Estimate resources and time required to complete verification and validation activities and continuously monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of applicable test specifications and test methods to cross-functional teams as needed to support design transfer activities.
• Assure work activities are conducted in a manner compliant with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project / tasks to the project team.
