Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a courteous and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Escalate complex matters to relevant departments when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with company offerings, processes, and system updates

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (remote experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email systems, and other communication platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay : From RM4,000.00 per month
