Technical Lead - Managed Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium scale projects (e.g., new system implementation, system migrations, system expansions / upgrade)
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalating issues when needed
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Drive continuous improvement (automation, process optimization, standardization)
• Foster collaboration between cross‑functional teams
• Act as liaison between the entire project team (users and vendors) and ensure alignment
• Enforce adherence to company policies, security, and regulatory requirements
• Participate (if necessary) in Project Governance Working Team meetings
• Ensure all documentation is complete & comprehensive
• Establish effective and good working relationships with vendors
• Ensure vendors comply with CelcomDigi regulations at all times
• Monitor, track and manage vendors’ delivery by ensuring all statement of work is delivered as per contract and agreement, on time and with quality standards, with complete documentation
