Location : Remote | Occasional on-site meetings in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, or Singapore

OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a highly organised Digital Project Manager – Content & Creative Operations to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative and social content across digital campaigns.

This role is the operational backbone for content production, ensuring every visual, copy, and video asset is delivered on time, on brief, and on brand. You’ll coordinate between designers, copywriters, and videographers while maintaining alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have a sharp eye for detail, a love for structured workflows, and an appreciation for creative storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content & Campaign Planning

  • Translate marketing and campaign briefs into detailed task plans for design, copy, and video teams.
  • Develop and maintain content production schedules aligned with campaign phases.
  • Facilitate internal creative briefings to ensure clarity of goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the Account Manager and Strategist to align creative direction with brand strategy.

2. Creative Workflow Management

  • Oversee asset development from concept to delivery across static, carousel, motion, and video formats.
  • Ensure creative output meets quality standards, platform requirements, and brand consistency.
  • Manage feedback loops, approvals, and version control using project tools (Basecamp, Dropbox)
  • Track progress daily, flag bottlenecks, and maintain delivery accountability across creative contributors.
  • 3. Social Media & Publishing Coordination

  • Work with creatives including content creators, designers and copywriters to build and manage monthly social media calendars.
  • Coordinate scheduling and publishing across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Ensure captions, visuals, and hashtags align with brand tone and objectives.
  • Track post performance and collaborate with the Performance Manager for insights-driven optimization.
  • 4. Process & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct content QA before submission (copy accuracy, design consistency, formatting).
  • Maintain a structured digital asset library with standardized file-naming conventions.
  • Document creative best practices and propose workflow improvements.
  • Maintain production documentation, feedback logs, and campaign references.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Strategy, Creative, and Project Management teams to ensure flawless execution of campaign plans.
  • Provide weekly (sometimes daily) progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support junior team members with guidance, feedback, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive environment built on transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with external production vendors (e.g., photographers, animators, editors) where necessary.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–7 years’ experience in content project management, digital production, or creative operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in an agency or in‑house marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of content formats and platform requirements across major digital and social platforms.
  • Excellent command of project tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Notion.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills; thrives in collaborative environments.
