LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive (Mandarin Speaker) located in Banting. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing property law and conveyancing matters. The role includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws, liaising with external legal advisors, and supporting other departments with legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and providing Legal Advice
• Expertise in Legal Document Preparation
• Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in contract management and corporate governance is a plus
• Hybrid working arrangement
