Job Position :  Accounting Manager | SPJ Company Background : Accounting Firm Salary Range : Basic MYR6,500 – MYR8,000 (Well experienced candidate open for discussion) Working Days : 5 days Working Hours : 9am – 6pm Location : Bukit Jalil, KL Job Description :

  • The Accounting Manager leads and mentors a team of accountants,

    • delegating tasks and ensuring quality and timeliness of their work.

  • Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

    • statements, ensuring accuracy

  • Staying updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and other relevant

    • regulations, and ensuring the company adheres to them.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, streamline

    • workflows, and enhance efficiency.

  • Training and mentoring junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of

    • continuous learning and development within the team.

  • Interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving

    • technical or service issues. Requirements Job requirements

  • Min bachelor's degree in accounting, preferably finance professional

    • accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA)

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant

    • software.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and manage

    • performance.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and

    • effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.

  • Ability to identify and resolve accounting and financial issues.
  • Maintaining a strong ethical foundation and ensuring compliance with

    • accounting standards and regulations.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with experience in a

    • professional services firm preferred. With at least 3 years experiences in supervisory management level
