Position Summary
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for the following predefined area within SEA involving :
- Cost Update, Cost Rolled Up
- Spare Parts Management
- Inventory adjustment
- Ad hoc Financial Studies with Product Supply Department
You will play an important role to :
Assist in costing job functions, including cost roll-ups, cost updates, AP simulation, etc.Handle inventory approval and upload inventory adjustments in the system.Assist in all matters related to spare parts management, including reconciliation and reporting.Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.Assist in year-end stock count activities.Assist in product supply expenses analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.Provide support to product supply stakeholders.Assist in internal and external audit requests.Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
Degree in Accounting / Finance or any relevant disciplineAt least 1 to 2 years working experience in managing cost accounting / product supply controlling functionsProduct costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, variance analysis and reportingKnowledge in SAP / Oracle system is preferredSeniority level
