About the role

BABY ATELIER CHILDCARE CENTRE SDN. BHD. is looking for a passionate and talented Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing learning environment for our schools in Old Klang Road, Bukit Jalil & Damansara Heights. If you love working with children and want to help them develop future-ready skills from an early age, we'd love to hear from you

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons for children aged 2–6.
  • Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate teaching materials and curriculum.
  • Provide individualised support and feedback to help each child grow in confidence and ability.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to integrate lessons into cross-curricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate progress reports and communicate regularly with parents.
  • Participate in professional development to stay up to date with innovative teaching methods.

What we're looking for

  • Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • At least 2 years' experience teaching Mandarin to young children in a preschool or similar setting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and connect with young learners.
  • A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
  • Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities.
