Penerangan pekerjaanPossess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, any professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA) or any other equivalent. Minimum 5 years of related working experience in fund management service. Preferably candidate with supervisory experience. Good knowledge of fund management operations and unit trust industry. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Dedicated and self-motivated. Organized and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good command of spoken and written English.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the fund valuation unit and handle daily valuation related matters.
- Ensure the EPF Report is correct and submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure UTF / WF Statistical Returns, UTF / WF Investment Returns, FMC Report and Half-yearly FMC Reports are correct and submitted on time.
- Act as the key person for communicating and liaising with internal and / or external parties.
- Supervise and provide support to the team members in handling external and / or internal parties' queries and requests.
- Be responsible for any ad-hoc projects assigned by HOD or senior management.
- Monitor and implement any enhancements or changes in policies and / or procedures for valuation unit.
