Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls.
Accurately resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues.
Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally using CRM tools.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Maintain product knowledge to deliver accurate information and support.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools).
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Experience :
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, call center, or technical support role (remote experience is a plus).
Experience using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.
Working Hours :
Full-time, 8-hour shifts available during both daytime and nighttime schedules.
Shift options :
Day Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (local time)
Night Shift : 8 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM (local time)
Weekend and holiday availability may be required on a rotating schedule.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with digital communication tools and remote work practices.
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
