Precision Communication Technology – Selangor

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, central, and VRF / VRV units).

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.

Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and filters.

Perform refrigerant recharging and ensure proper gas levels.

Conduct system performance tests and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Provide technical guidance and customer support on system usage and maintenance.

Keep records of maintenance work, repairs, and replacements.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioner Technician or HVAC Technician.
• Diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in HVAC maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
