About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic team at ATY ARSHANTY LEGACY' in Besut Terengganu. As a full-time member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the chef and kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of meals
Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils and work surfaces are clean and well-maintained
Monitoring inventory levels and informing the chef of any supplies that need to be ordered
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Basic food preparation and cooking skills

A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills
