Source and purchase materials, products, and services at the most competitive prices without compromising on quality.

Develop and maintain alternative sources of supply to reduce dependency and risk.

Supplier & Contract Management

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors and suppliers.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.

Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Cost & Inventory Control

Continuously monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supply-demand conditions.

Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

Process & Compliance

Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Recommend improvements to purchasing policies and procedures for greater efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with finance, production, logistics, and other departments to understand procurement needs.

Provide timely support to project teams by ensuring the availability of required materials.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement.
