Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing a full set of accounts. Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) — required to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients and vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Dynamod . Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a high level of integrity. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. @gsmart.my
Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 9.15 AM – 6.00 PM
Salary Range : RM4,000 – RM6,000
Allowance : Meal allowance provided
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for review by senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management and perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate and support annual audits, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Maintain a well-organised and up‑to‑date accounting filing system for efficient record management.
