Penerangan pekerjaanReview and process purchase orders accurately. Coordinate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and delivery schedules. Work with the warehouse team to monitor incoming goods and inventory levels. Resolve issues related to defective or delayed goods and follow up with vendors. Match supplier invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders for accuracy. Prepare monthly outstanding PO reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in procurement, shipping, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing / trading). Knowledge of import / export procedures and freight forwarding. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and multitask effectively.
Shipping & Logistics
- Handle all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, freight quotations, and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Plan and optimize shipment routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with import / export regulations.
