About the role

Ethos Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and driven Medical Sales professional to join our team. In this full‑time role based in Penang you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the reach of our innovative healthcare products and services. As a Medical Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth and making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key decision‑makers to promote our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also expanding our customer base
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the company
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we’re looking for

  • Vacant positions will be based in Penang
  • Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations and trends
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to handle complex sales situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and Microsoft Office
  • A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing innovative solutions
