Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's business strategy, goals, and KPIs.
- Drive business growth through client retention, new business acquisition, and tender participation.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide daily operations to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Monitor performance of operations, ensuring manpower is optimally deployed.
- Review and improve SOPs to maintain high operational standards.
- Lead and mentor senior operations staff, managers, and department heads.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of security personnel and support staff.
- Ensure proper licensing, certifications, and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the security services industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.Strong preference for candidates experienced in managing government tenders and contracts (e.g., for public schools, hospitals, or government facilities).Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.Sound knowledge of security industry operations, licensing, and compliance requirements.Ability to manage and motivate large, diverse teams across multiple locations.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and business development.Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software.Willing to travel and work extended hours as necessary.Job Type : Full-time
