About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Developer Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PINNACLE HOMES GROUPS OF COMPANIES. As the Property Developer Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our residential sales team to drive the success of our property development projects in the nation region. RESPONSIBILITIES : What you'll be doing
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for our residential property developments
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Developing, planning & implementing sales strategies for all Projects
- Manage sales budget and deliver all sales activities within set budget
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and collective sales goalsManage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and sales resultsClient Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to effectively promote property projectsDevelop sales strategy and liaise with real Estate agencies on sales materials and sales kitManage and coordinate with Real Estate AgenciesBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, investors and potential homebuyersMarket Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the property development sectorDevelop in-depth understanding of major market segments through market research and project bench-markingMonitor and coordinate market research, external trends analysis and market surveillance of property development to facilitate the feasibility studies of projectsAnalyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing initiativesSales Promotion
Develop and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales events to generate leads and drive sales growthOrganize and manage sales launches and coordinate with all relevant parties involved during sales launch or roadshows / exhibitionsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote our propertiesSales Performance Monitoring
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvementManage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on casesCustomer Service Excellence
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerBuild a team with high level of customer service cultureOversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experienceContract Negotiation
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals for the companyCompliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare sales documentation, contracts, and agreements accurately and in accordance with company policiesManage daily operations of the sales gallery and show unitsMonitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior managementEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesTo undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to timeCollaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and project management to align sales efforts with overall business objectivesREQUIREMENTS :
What we're looking for
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business or equivalentMinimum 5 years of proven experience in property sales or property development, preferably in the property development within the sales management industryStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales teamExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersProficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsThorough understanding of the property market, including current trends, regulations and customer preferencesProven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients.
