Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, or a similar technical role.

Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.

Strong understanding of IT asset management and software installation processes.

Experience with POS systems and retail IT environments.

Ability to handle multiple sites (offices, warehouses, retail outlets) and travel when required.

Good communication skills with a customer‑service mindset, patient and professional support of users.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work on a rotational support schedule (including weekends or after office hours) when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level POS system support on weekdays and weekends, remotely or onsite as required.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network‑related issues efficiently.
  • Manage user accounts, email access, and system permissions while maintaining security and documentation.
  • Install, set up PCs, POS systems, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, maintain store POS‑related software and ensure system functionality.
  • Repair or replace computer and electrical hardware as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve store equipment and device issues.
  • Arrange equipment replacement, repair, and ordering.
  • Inspect and maintain CCTV systems.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks or special projects assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
