Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent. Creative thinking and the ability to strategize. Must possess excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Marketing and business development experience is nice to have, but not mandatory. Experienced applications will be considered for a Senior position. Candidate with PMP / PRINCE certification is an added advantage. We offer a 5-day work week. No need to work on shifts. Very attractive salaries that commensurate with work experience. Responsibilities
- To liaise with and manage client requests on a daily basis, which includes taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the client’s project, sending project / job updates to the client via email or via a telephone call and following up on items that require client feedback.
- To manage & monitor incoming tasks that are requested by the client.
- To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management.
- To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers, designers, and copywriters.
- To take the lead in the coordination & running of User Acceptance Tests both internally & externally.
- Represent the company at client-side meetings.
- BA experience is an added advantage.
