Must have proficiency in Korean or Japanese Summary As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for Client titles. Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute Client campaigns for the biggest global client and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned title. You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns. Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns. Have knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV / trailers, digital / social, print, and out-of-home). Must be a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends. Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders. Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Korean / Japanese. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders. Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B. Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
