About the Role

Join Nadayu Properties as an Accounts Executive, based in our Glenmarie, Selangor office. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and management accounting functions of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage accounting system including but not limited to preparation of a full set accounts, bank reconciliation and book keeping.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget, revenue forecast, forecast P&L, costing allocation & monthly budgetary control.
  • Prepare invoices, expenses analysis, payment vouchers and update daily cash flow position.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Handle company statutory documents and yearly tax submission (including submission of CP204).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal group requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and other relevant regulatory bodies.

What we're looking for

  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or partial professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar accounts role, preferably in the Property Development industry.
  • Understanding on accounting standards and taxation matters.
  • Knowledge in handling e-invoicing.
  • Knowledge in IFCA accounting system will be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Organized, good with figures and pro-active.
  • Able to work in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
