Handle customer inquiries in Chinese via Live Chat.
Assist with top-ups, renewals, and billing issues.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses.
Data & System Operations
Manage customer accounts, discounts, and transaction records.
Use Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and anomaly checks.
Maintain and organize customer databases to support team decisions.
Process Improvement
Record common FAQ and update SOPs.
Suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proficiency in both Mandarin & English (mainly written / typing)
Experience in customer service or chat support is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with data
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies.
Proficient in Mandarin for daily communication.
Background in BPO is a plus.
