Responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts for Living Minds and its group of subsidiaries.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis for management review.
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decisions.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties on financial matters.
Review and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coach, mentor, and supervise junior finance executives in daily operations.
Assist in developing and improving financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis, or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Di(ploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts.

Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software is an added value.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred)
