In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities : Personnel Data Administration (PDA) o Transactional backend processing performing data entry into Workday and / or SAP system for employee’s personal details. o Conduct data entry for Employee movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.Time & Attendance (T&A) o Transactional backend processing of Employee leave and overtime data. o Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into Workday and / or SAP system.Compensation & Benefits (C&B)o Transactional backend processing of Employee basic salary, recurring allowances & one-time payment / deductions data in Workday and / or SAP system. o Support Employee performance management activities.Payroll Administration o Execute payroll via SAP system. o Perform reconciliation tasks from PDA, T&A, and C&B teams to ensure that all changes are incorporated and provide accurate monthly payroll reports to our Business Groups in a timely manner.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications : o A degree in the related job field. o Possess 0-3 years of working experience. o Knowledge of Workday and SAP is advantageous.o Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
