The ERP - SAP Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pengerang. The role involves the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP-SAP system to support production and business processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, providing user support, overseeing production planning processes, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accurate project control and reporting. The engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize system functionalities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP 1st level support to effectively manage end user system operations and resources.
• SAP Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, provide user support, and prepare clear documentation.
• Experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP, is required, with preferably hands‑on knowledge in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to work on‑site in Pengerang and adapt to a fast‑paced industrial setting.
• Familiarity with the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries will be an added advantage.
