Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented TikTok Virtual Assistant to support our growing content team with strategic scheduling, effective hashtag curation, and performance analytics. As a vital member of our digital team, you will help us boost visibility, engagement, and growth on TikTok by leveraging trends, data, and smart planning. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and publish TikTok content according to the editorial calendar.

Research and recommend high-performing and trending hashtags relevant to content and audience.

Monitor and track TikTok video performance (views, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.).

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on analytics and suggest areas of improvement.

Assist with planning and organizing TikTok campaigns and challenges.

Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing team to ensure brand alignment.

Stay current with TikTok algorithm updates, platform changes, and content trends.

Maintain and manage content posting tools (e.g., TikTok scheduler, content calendar tools).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience managing or assisting with TikTok or other short-form video platforms.

Understanding of TikTok trends, hashtags, and influencer culture.

Strong analytical skills to interpret platform insights and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, TikTok Creator Tools, Later, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, content scheduling, or digital marketing.

Prior experience specifically with TikTok or short-form content is highly preferred.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours (with core availability between 11 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM IST).

Approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of TikToks algorithm and how to optimize content for visibility.

Ability to identify viral trends and translate them into actionable content strategies.

Familiar with social media KPIs and how to report them effectively.

Strong research skills, particularly for hashtag and competitor analysis.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
