We are seeking a talented individual to lead and grow our AI & Data business in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping our clients unlock the power of their data by using AI.

Responsibilities include :

Lead and Inspire : Drive the growth of our AI business and mentor a talented team.
Innovate and Create : Develop and implement solutions using agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation, and real-time data platforms for AI agents.
Solve Complex Problems : Use data, analytics, and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden insights and inform critical business decisions.
Collaborate for Success : Work alongside other practices to help clients build intelligent organizations and winning market strategies.

As a leader at Deloitte, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development, understand how your daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and business, and actively focus on developing effective communications and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, clients, and team.

Requirements for the role include :

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Relevant experience in a client-facing or consulting role preferred with minimum 10 years of experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working effectively in a team.

A creative and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to develop and present new ideas.

Key skills and experience include :

Experience designing and building cloud-based data solutions, both relational and NoSQL, with a preference for GCP.

A knack for developing robust data integration pipelines for all types of data (batch, real-time, structured, and unstructured).

Familiarity with CI / CD processes for data workflows on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong SQL skills and an understanding of data warehouse modeling to bring together information from various sources into a cloud environment.
