Drive commercial effectiveness and optimize sales performance across our healthcare business. This role will support the sales team with data-driven insights, process improvements, and sales force excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, compile and organize sales force effectiveness diagnosis data for sales force needs / requirements analysis to support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain, update and ensure effective use of CRM tools, FFMS and sales operations platforms, including customer database, HCP segmentation and targeting to further improve field force productivity and follow up on any data discrepancies.
- Provide sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour analysis to the commercial team to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in Power BI dashboards development and reports to track KPIs and support decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and streamline processes, tools and systems (e.g. CRM, field force management system, sales operation platforms) to support sales activities.
- Support sales teams on CRM tools and techniques in using CRM tools and data.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, medical and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and management to ensure feedback is captured and addressed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales excellence, commercial operations or sales analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Fresh graduates with similar degrees are also welcome to apply.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data analytics or similar tools.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) is an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Attributes
