AP / PTP / ITP (Mandarin Speaker) – Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Process invoices and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial principles.

Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders professionally.
