We’re not hiring a "Creative Director" to sit in meetings.
We’re looking for a hands-on creative lead who gets how to move fast, think smart, and design for impact.
You’ll be the creative counterpart to the founder, working side-by-side to translate strategy into scroll-stopping, store-shelf-staring, conversion-hitting visuals across a growing multi-brand portfolio. From packaging to landing pages, from reels to retail activations, you’ll shape how our brands show up to the world.
We don’t separate “branding” from “performance”; we believe every visual should convert or connect. You’ll help lead that charge.
And most importantly, you need to be someone who loves experimenting with AI . Whether it’s Midjourney for visuals, GPT for conceptual hooks, or custom workflows that help us deliver faster, we want someone who’s actively pushing the boundaries of what creative teams can do.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creative direction across all agency clients and campaigns
- Build and lead a lean creative team (designer, video editor, freelancers, etc. - yes, you get to hire your own team)
- Use AI tools actively (Midjourney, DALL
- E, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to speed up ideation and execution
- Translate strategy into execution — not just decks, but real creative that lands
- Review and approve assets for social, ads, packaging, websites, branding, and decks
- Collaborate with performance, copy, and brand ops to launch campaigns across multiple platforms
- Build creative systems, templates, and feedback loops for faster, more effective output
- Challenge the founder when needed — not to slow things down, but to push them further
What We’re Looking For
Experiences
6–10 years in creative or art direction , ideally across agency and in-house rolesPortfolio that includes : ad creative, visual identity, landing pages, packaging, and social contentExperience across multiple industries (beauty, wellness, F&B, DTC, tech preferred)Has led or mentored small teams — and delivered big ideas with lean resourcesSkills
